Four Seasons Hotel Luxor is set to open in 2027, according to the operator's announcement of August 18, 2022. The operator's roundup of October 20, 2026 lists it under anticipated openings in 2027 and beyond.

The hotel will stand on the Nile River just south of Luxor Temple. It will have 200 guest rooms and suites, each with views of the Nile, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. WATG Architects lead the design of the building and Wimberly Interiors the interiors.

Plans include several restaurant and bar outlets, a spa, a fitness facility, multiple pools and 1,300 square metres of meeting and event space. Talaat Moustafa Group is the operator's partner.
