Kempinski Grace Bay is a hotel and residential project on Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Kempinski and the developer JTRE marked the groundbreaking on 18 November 2025. The release says construction will continue through 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028. It gives a completion year, not an opening date.

The development covers 11 acres of shoreline and is Kempinski's first in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Its low-density design has 119 private residences and four oceanfront villas, all oriented toward sea views. Kempinski's page describes guestrooms from studios to five-bedroom villas, and poolside cabanas. Interiors draw on limestone, timber and glass.

The release names fine dining venues, a beach club, a 3,000 square foot wine cellar, a European spa, an ocean view fitness area, a sports pavilion with tennis and padel courts and a children's club. Christie's International Real Estate Turks & Caicos and Engel & Völkers Turks & Caicos represent the sales.
