Opens in 2027.

Milaroca, A Belmond Hotel, Riviera Nayarit is planned for a 105-acre estate in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, with a protected two-kilometre beach and a 40-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Belmond's release of 22 June 2023 says it is anticipated to open in 2027. The image caption on that release still reads 2025, so check the date before you plan around it.

Belmond describes it as a new haven for creative minds, immersed in lush mountainous jungle and pearly-white beach. Waldo's Designs and Clements Design lead the design, with curation by creative director Getty. The hotel will have 57 guest pavilions, ranging from junior suites and one-bedroom suites to jungle suites and 12 three-bedroom villas, many with private plunge pools. The estate will have six dining venues supplied by its own organic farm, a wellness centre and four outdoor swimming pools.

Belmond signed the management agreement with Cora Pacific Development, led by Barbara Machen and Rosetta Getty. A further 27 private villas serviced by Belmond will be available to own, by invitation only.
