The Laurus

The Laurus, a Luxury Collection Resort, joined The Luxury Collection on 1 October 2025, the date of Marriott's release, as the brand's first hotel in Singapore. It stands within Resorts World Sentosa, which the release calls Singapore's first integrated resort, and RWS's chief executive describes it as the city's first all-suite hotel under the brand.

It has 183 suites. P49 Deesign designed the hotel, which spans more than 7,650 square meters and draws on colonial and tropical influences, with open verandas and historically inspired details. The Buffy Fish Owl, once found in Singapore's mangroves, recurs in sculptures and a stained-glass installation, and the lobby chandelier by Lasvit draws on laurel leaves. The art includes pieces from the William Farquhar Collection of Natural History Drawings.

Laurus Table is the specialty restaurant, with a celebrity consultant chef and a menu of sustainable regional dishes. The hotel also has a spa, a fitness center and a landscaped pool. The release says it is on track for the Building and Construction Authority's Green Mark Platinum certification. It prints no street address, rates or room sizes, so none are recorded here.
