Raffles announced the opening of Raffles Sentosa Singapore on 3 March 2025 and took bookings from 1 March. It is Singapore's first all-villa resort and the brand's second property in the city, after Raffles Singapore, where Raffles began in 1887. Accor's December 2024 roundup had given early 2025. The Royal Group created the resort with Raffles.

The 62 villas stand on 100,000 square metres of tropical gardens on a Sentosa hilltop, with direct access to Tanjong Beach. Yabu Pushelberg designed them. Each has a private pool and an outdoor terrace, and they range from a one-bedroom villa of 211 square metres to the four-bedroom, 650-square-metre Royal Villa. Guests get the Raffles Butler service.

Five restaurants and lounges include Empire Grill for modern Italian cooking, Royal China for Cantonese dishes, Iyasaka by Hashida for omakase, the Raffles Room for afternoon tea and the Chairman's Room for whiskies, cognac and wine. The spa has 13 treatment rooms in a transformed heritage building. Guests get preferential green fees at the Sentosa Golf Club, across from the resort. The larger of two ballrooms seats 400 for banquets.

The opening offer, for bookings from 1 March to 31 May 2025, started at SGD 1,698 per villa per night before a 10 percent service charge and government tax.
